Being proud of who we are as a company comes from knowing we do the right thing. As a Divisional Controller for Brickworks, Alodia is involved with many parts of our business. While it can be challenging to work across so many teams, Alodia wouldn’t have it any other way. “I’ve enjoyed being exposed to different types of businesses within the company,” she says. “They’re all smart people, committed to excellence and they really care for the company too.”

Alodia sees this demonstrated every day when her colleagues follow through on their words and intentions. “We put our good plans into action,” she says. It’s a way of working that’s important to Alodia and how she treats people. “When it comes to work, I like to keep people’s best interests in mind,” she says. “I’m thinking of others, what their needs might be and how to bring us closer together as a team.”
