Vicky’s Place is located in Newcastle, NSW, and was designed by Curious Practice. The specific needs of both client and environmental requirements served as the basis for the design of this residence in Newcastle. Low on budget, but big on design, this project succeeds in its simplicity and utilitarian design. The employment of a strong material like GB Masonry Honed blocks in Porcelain means this residence is not only maintenance free, but can also withstand the flooding that can occur in the Hunter region.
