Named after Daniel’s daughter, The Gabriella façade poses a distinctive blend of brickworks, mixing Austral Bricks Metallix Blackstone and San Selmo Classico Age Red against the smooth, light La Paloma Castellana. Upon entry, the San Selmo brick continues along a feature wall, which breaks up the contemporary feel of the home with its raw texture and earthy colourway. This tactile materiality continues on the other side of the wall, providing a cosy backdrop for the family room.
Rectilinear linework, defined by meticulous brickwork throughout the home, leads to the central kitchen area illuminated by windows that flow between the home’s two-storeys. In the outdoor courtyard, the dynamic contrast between dark and light is intensified, with the satin sheen of Metallix Blackstone in conversation with the versatile La Paloma Castellana.
Taking on a geometric form and an open floor plan, residents are able to move freely across the main living spaces, while offering moments of privacy without being completely excluded from the rest of the home. The generosity of the living, kitchen and dining areas is echoed throughout the home’s four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two-car garage.
