01

The Wexler

The Wexler stands as a vivid expression of vintage-inspired design, drawing on the charm of 1940s Palm Springs. The flagship display home bursts with colour, showcasing how bold design can elevate your luxury alfresco living. Featuring the GB Masonry Wedge Breeze Blocks in Porcelain, the architectural design promotes natural passive cooling and heating. The living and dining areas seamlessly open to the backyard, creating the perfect setting for effortless year-round entertaining with smooth flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Drawing from the golden era, the design embodies a lifestyle defined by sunlit courtyards, open-air living, and modernist elegance, becoming a true outdoor oasis.

02

Boulevard House

The Boulevard House, masterfully designed by Albert Mo, is a seamless fusion of architecture and landscape where nature and structure coexist in harmony. The residence, expertly weaving GB Veneer Sawn Face in Pewter and Porcelain, and is defined by two distinct pavilions. One is a sleek, single storey black volume and another a light, double storey white ‘treehouse’. A central circulation line connects the two dwellings, blurring the line between interior and exterior with intent, enhancing the home's connection to the natural landscape. The design promotes this relationship by utilising large sliding doors, glazed walls and a gapped façade, fostering a sense of movement and openness.

The brick façade reminisces the vintage inspiration and the open-plan living area seamlessly connects with outdoor spaces, allowing natural airflow and sunlight to infuse the interior, enhancing the sense of openness.

03

Kanooka House

Kanooka House, designed by Knight Office in collaboration with Dan Wilson, is a modern reinterpretation of mid-century suburban design that harmoniously blends with its existing neighbourhood while introducing contemporary comfort and environmental sensitivity. The brick façade reminisces the vintage inspiration and the open-plan living area seamlessly connects with outdoor spaces, allowing natural airflow and sunlight to infuse the interior, enhancing the sense of openness. Features reflect the designs' environmentally conscious intentions, such as rain chains, solar panels and enduring materials such as Nubrik Acland Cream Brick, all of which unite the design with the surrounding landscape.
