Shaun is the founding principal of Carter Williamson, which he now shares with business partner, principal Ben Peake.
Shaun came to Architecture with a Structural Engineering degree and many years working in the construction industry. Shaun’s passion is for warm, textured, expressive and humanistic architecture and urban environments.
Carter Williamson is a multiple State and National award-winning design practice. They have won numerous awards for residential, public architecture, urban design, heritage and sustainability and was awarded the 2022 NSW AIA Practice of the Year.
Shaun is the founding principal of Carter Williamson, which he now shares with business partner, principal Ben Peake.

Daniel Moore is the Director of Open Creative Studio and the Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Architects Victorian Chapter. In recognition of his dedication to advancing the role of the architect in society, Daniel was awarded the 2022 Victorian and National Emerging Architect Prize.
Daniel has demonstrated excellence in founding Hearing Architecture, an EmAGN podcast that looks to educate the public on the role and importance of the architectural profession. He has been fundamental in leading and curating events for the Australian Institute of Architects, EmAGN and New Architects Melbourne.
Open Creative Studio offers “The Patron Model” as part of the core architectural services, which provides financial incentives to clients who achieve heightened sustainable outcomes in there projects.
