Nicole works with government agencies, businesses and industry to shape strategies, reduce impacts and engage stakeholders effectively. She brings deep experience in manufacturing and green buildings, offering practical insights with a strong strategic focus. Passionate about understanding each organisation’s unique context, Nicole draws on broad expertise across life cycle assessment (LCA), embodied carbon, circular economy, policy, communication and marketing to build capacity and deliver real-world outcomes.

Heather Campbell
Heather Campbell CEO, Greening Australia

Heather joined Greening Australia as CEO in July 2023.

Starting her career as an engineer, Heather has significant experience in strategic leadership spanning the not-for-profit, private and public sectors, and a lifelong passion for conservation and sustainability.

She is a previous CEO of Landcare Australia and Bush Heritage Australia and also held previous board and leadership positions at organisations including Sustainability Victoria, Australian Land Conservation Alliance, Zoos Victoria, CSIRO, Federation Centres and Amcor.
